The Disciplinary Committee of the Ghana Football Association has dismissed separate protests filed by Aduana Stars and Ebusua Dwarfs against Accra Hearts of Oak.

Hearts were mandated to pay an amount of Gh?5,000.00 by the Player Status Committee for cost of proceedings after they were found guilty of a breach of contract for the wrongful dismissal of former Head Coach David Duncan, a fine which both Dwarfs and Aduana Stars, in separate protests, claimed Hearts failed to pay within the stipulated 14-day period.

However, in the ruling of the Disciplinary Committee, the cost awarded against Hearts of Oak by the Player Status Committee is not specific to decisions of the Disciplinary Committee that can lead to a forfeiture of matches.

Both Dwarfs and Aduana Stars, upon the dismissal of the cases, have been handed a fine of Gh?5,000.00 each by the Disciplinary Committee.
