You could do this on your own. Get to training much earlier that expected. Do more laps every day. If you were doing 5 laps a day, do 15 to 20 a day to hike up your staimina level. Don't blame the coach. Idiots.

It is true that no one person can be more important than a club. But in this case. I would sack that whole lot of players and let Polo run the show. We all remember fondly the rise of the soccer youths. the Ablade Kuma's Shamo Quaye and Addo and co. They rose to the occasion and The Phobian, like a Phoenix was reborn from the ashes when the senoir players of Hesse, Anas and co wanted to take the club to the cleaners.

When you train hard and you get a "big" contract from an European club, or from the Emurates or from wherever, you will not even mention Polo's name as a coach who trained you to get that good contract from the big team. Wake up men, leave those young girls alone, train hard, shine and go for the big contract. Never get tierd, never complain until you get the big contract. Ovrerall, the Ghana soccer is declining that is why they did not select any of you guys at home to play the world cup. Some of you are full of complains, some of you beat up refrees, some of you players take bribes, the other player did this or that, all these has resulted in the decline of the today's Ghanaian soccer. You see the team which is representing Ghana is made up of Ghana soccer professionals playing in Europe and YOU NAME IT.
