I totally agree with you. I must also add that it is not only the money, but the general working environment, which makes many professionals (soccer players, engineers, planners, doctors, scientists, business leaders and job creators, etc.) look for greener pastures abroad.

Ghana has a lot of impressive human capital abroad who would rather be home than to have banana throw at them on their jobs. But, they have to decide whether their prospective contributions at home would even amount to anything.

When most of these clubs have no stadiums? No marketing or promo? No sponsorships? Mediocre organization by these clubs etc. Cash will not fall from the sky like manna if you behave with indisciplined, anyhow. How are south African clubs, mls clubs doing well for their clubs. Yet, you come to gh and everything is in disarray? What is the fact doing to. Help these clubs get better etc? That fool at the head is clueless so logically it affects the entire lg. This ain't rocket science. Let baffoe take over and u will see change in a heartbeat!

Every word spoken by Tony represents the true state of affairs right now as far as Africa and world football are concerned. He is right when he said Ghana is of age now. There is only one progressive way form having reached the 1/4s the last time around, which is the semi finals and better. Ghana has always led the way most of the time when it comes to achievements. Why stop now?, why not become the first African nation to go beyond the 1/4s? The belief is there, the players are there, the experience is there. There may be no better time than now for Ghana to make a real mark.
