"AKAMINKO" meaning the only one left, leads more to rejection, dejection and all the "tions" one can think of negatively. This meaning has followed him for long and it's about time he changed his name.

Check this in his football career: He excelled with the Ghana U-17 squad in his time but was the only one left behind when the team was promoted to the U-20 level. Fans raised hairs over it before he was brought in. During their next promotion to U-23, he was the only one left behind though very active. He maneuvered his ways and started playing in Turkey. Though he was doing good, he never had a call to the B/Stars. It took fans again blasting authorities before he got his B/Stars call. During his first and only B/Stars tournament, he was accused for causing the failure of the team and that was it. He was left behind till fans came to his rescue again. Now he's doing very good and everything points to the fact that this boy is going to have enough playing time in the B/Stars jersey, fathom what has happened when he's on the verge of playing in the senior world cup. He needs a name change period. All the future parents on this forum should take note and stop following that our stupid tradition. How do you give names such as "akaminko, sika mp3w', ab3br3s3, akahoho, nyahe etc etc? I mean how and why? Damn, I'm so pissed with what has happened to this guy.

To you it's means a "prisoner of war", to others it means "post office worker", "person of wisdom" etc. However you see it, remember sometimes in life things happen, you see it follow a particular path or pattern. In such situation, it'll do you a lot good if you try to turn things around. Man is yet to understand the universe in it's entirety. Sometimes we try to explain things based on common sense but there are situations that common sense struggles to fathom. I know people that had real bad names but are successful and I've also seen others who only turned things about their life when they had a name change and I recommend Akaminko to follow suite.

This injury is a blessing in disguise and jerry should not cry. Instead, be happy and thank the Creator becos u will come back even harder for afcon. Jerry hasn't even played in an afcon u know. It helps to gain experience and win at afcon to boost confidence and experience before moving on to wcup. I don't even like the attitude and chances of this current bstar squad going to brasil so to not be part of this squad must be seen as a blessing in disguise. if he indeed owed something to that agent and did not pay it...hmmm!Even the Bible says in Prov 18:21 thatDeath and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof.This basically means we have the poweer to declare either good or bad to ourselves and others can do the same to us if we do them good or bad. As for visiting church you can still be going and not be a Christian. Also you may be going to quieten your conscience in order to not do what you know to be right to do!
