GHFUO, those are great words of patrotism and wisdom and YAHWEH will baptise them with Peace such that the words will manifest under Grace in a Perfect Way in the form of Gold for Ghana in WC2014.
Now we go to checklist:
(1)All the players must have completed all the vaccinations up to date and will not wait until they get to Brazil. We don't any Kwaku Ananse doctor to vaccinate any of the players in Brazil. They need vaccination against malaria, Dengue fever, Hepatitis B, Leishmania Braziliensis, and others. These vaccinations are very powerful and can incapacitate a player for many days.
(2)The food supply lines to Brazil must be determined before the warriors take on the world. "The army marches on its stomach". Each player should make a list of his regular favorite foods and the commander tallys the list to be handed over to GFA who will find a reliable airline to lift the supplies to Brazil. Original carbohydrate foods will be good sources of energy for the battles--foods such as yoor v garri, banku v shittor ( palm oil soup or sauce may "flow out of their noses" if the red oil is excessive), yakayaka v palavar sauce, yam v egusi sauce, jolof rice, ... They should avoid eating high powered Brazillian chilli pepper or else they could have stomach problems.
(3). Silent Killer Appiah should appoint a sub-commander who will enforce curfew rules. The Black Star players should leave the Brazillian girls alone. No bonking of any of these exotic but extremely dangerous girls.
(4). The commander "Silent Killer" Appiah should improve the situation in the dressing room and boost players' morale by creating a " battle cry" which the players will sound as the battles ebb and flow. He should let the reserves cheer the regular players in the dressing room and from the bench. Appiah should coordinate activities with the Ghanaian supporters who will punctuate the action with patrotic blowing of trumpets.
(5)The commander " Silent Killer" Appiah must discuss the battle plans with each player , the sub-commanders of the defenders, mid-fielders, and the forwards detail-by-detail. It is plausible to start every game initially in the 4-4-2 formation. Dribbling into the opponents penalty box carries a risk of brutal leg injury. Such dribbles should be accomplished by body - swerves, deceptive acceleration, erratic change of pace, and finished with diagonal shot or sudden thunderbolt shot taken from eclipse behind another player. The artillery regiment of the Black Stars , consisting of Kwadwo Asamoah, Sulley Muntari, Essien, Baby Jet Gyan must return fire intermittently. Their guns cannot remain silent as was the case in the Holland and Montenegro game.
FORWARD EVER BACKWARD NEVER FOREVERMORE IN HONOUR OF BEAUTIFULL GHANA.

I'm utterly distrusted about this contention that the coach has "lost control of the dress-room." We Ghanaians seem to know everything; nobody else, including the individual who propounded this "confusion" provided any context of the allegation. Was he there? Has talked to any of the players or any member of the technical? The factor that someone is "ex-footballer" doesn't make him or her a "seer" to read the unseen. Essien behaviour on the bench with his back to the field of play was there for the whole world to see. And what does it depicts? INDISCIPLINE! Could Essien ever had the balls to have done the same at CHELSEA or at MILAN? Someone who has been appointed an assistant captain and had captained the very match in play exhibiting this kind of attitude must not go without mentioning to bring order in the camp. That is why AA must be called to order whether all is truly well in the camp. First, I am not naive as you might think and I really don't need anymore schooling in both my real profession ( a U.S.-trained geologist) and my second and third occupations (which relates to soccer and are really my hobbies or past-times).

There could be traces of disrespect and rancour in the dressing room and that is not unusual for a gathering of humans who may even disagree with the dictates of the manager. But that's the best bet and sure recipe for lackluster performance on the turf: swallowing of any pride on the part all the players and respect for the coach could be the right antidote!
A copious dose of unity among the players is sine qua non to success in Brazil.

Akwasi Appiah has lost the respect of most of the Black Star players because some of them who have been playing under more experienced coaches have seen he is a weak and ineffective coach. The problem has become even more worrying because they have seen he is bias in his selection of players. Despite this so-called unity in the team, there is real cause for concern when players see a coach picking his team not based on technical abilities but on whom he likes and associates. Mess up the USA and we're on our way.
You guys at Ghanaweb who put this irrelevant news in news domain are a bunch of idiots. Don't you know relevant news?
When you have illiterate minded journalists running a news organization or so what do you expect ?
They are really bunch of idiots who want to achieve cheap publicity.

Please let us face it Essien facing his teammates on the bench rather than paying attention to the match is wrong is he not the deputy captain?please our players must learn humility it pays.
The coach is very humble person let all work together to help him.
Honestly Essien as professional as he is should have done that period .
Please let move on to support the team and the coach
This is not humility. It is timidity.
He shd have called Essien to order. This statement is only damage control.
AA is not in control!
I'm utterly distrusted about this contention that the coach has "lost control of the dress-room." We Ghanaians seem to know everything; nobody else, including the individual who propounded this "confusion" provided any contex ...
