In the mid-field, I know he is going to replace Muntari with Essien which I am praying against.

At this time, let the players do their normal "work-out" trainings, practice and rehears strategies, and study the potential game plan of all the opposing teams. To build up stamina, the players should run a lot and climb mountains. If there are no mountains in Miami, let the players run and climb trees (the coconut trees and the date palms at the beaches).
It's good to paly friendly matches to assess the players ability and to try the strategies..but what happens if any player (key) player picks up an injury at this time?
