I do not think, African countries need any extra slot for the WC. We have consistently shown that we are not worth it. Even the Concacaf region is better. At least, they are winning their games.

That is what happened when players constantly demand higher bonus and threaten boycott if their demands are not met. Most of these players make millions of dollars a year playing in Europe. Therefore they are expected to be less motivated by bonus but by patriotism. We have been told that money has diminishing marginal utility. But the African is irrational. To the African, money has increasing marginal utility.

This obsession with bonuses and appearance fees is dooming Africa at both intra- and extra-African competitions, Nigeria and Cameroon especially.

Once you qualify and agree to show up, you must show up with the utmost professionalism, and then return home to fight your bonus wars.

African players fighting among themselves right there in front of the world was very embarrassing to me.

So the others tell us we're uncivilized and we get upset.
It's not because they're not exposed to the same emotions; it's that they will never show it by fighting each other on the pitch.

Cameroon has been Africa's black eye so far at the World Cup.

I would fire Ekotto and Song from the team and retire (honorably) Eto'o.

This is a player who has been so poor that he sits on the bench at QPR, no wonder he is messing up. Its true arrogrance is causing the development of African teams.Cape Verd and Togo should ve been allowed to proceede through the African qualifiers as they represent hunger and development. The problem is scouts in European clubs do not rate dribbling as much as they rate being able to read the game, the ability to make defence splitting passes, and the knack of getting into the right place at the right time. Me ...

Messi is practically the only player in Europe who dribbles past 5 defenders before scoring a goal, even Ronaldo does not do it that often........however Moukandjo and other stupid African players think they are doing their careers a favour by holding on to the ball when in actual fact, they are harming their chances.
