Hey idiot, Donovan wasn't part of the playing body of the USA world cup team so he is free to go to the media and speak his mind.Common sense dictate that in a team sport conformity and Unity are the solid blocks without which any team falls apart.There clear guide lines which govern the actions of all participants.There are also channels through which a player can voice his grievances and suggestions without retribution.If all the players are allowed to disrupt the cohesion of the team with their grievances and suggestions and challenges where will such a team be.You should consider changing your on line name from Aperture to Borlabird.Seriously,Apetupre is a bird known for its cautiousness and intelligence.

Belgium controlled the game in every area on the field. Sometimes the best defense is to control the game and attack which Belgium did well. If Donovan was a Ghanaian and asked the coach why the formation change and line-up the Ghanaian coaches etc would say he's "undisciplined". You should be able to question your coach in any issue and have an intellectual trusting conversation, that's how your players build confidence and trust in you.
