  Each player has a special role than the other.some are special when it comes to saves in close range.others do well in the normal regulation time while others are good in saving penalty kicks.The coach knows his team and in fact knows who must keep the post during penalty kicks so what's Cannavaros point? which of the soccer players is above being changed.If a coach does substitution and achieves an aim,do u call that disrespectful?

  That is your opinion not the ooach. The coach can change when he knows there are good penalty takers on the bench so a goalkeeper is also a player

In our case, Dr Appiah just replaced Kwarasey 45 minutes before the game, with the flimsy excuse that the young man could not speak Twi, and so would not be able to communicate with the defence line. Since when did Twi become the lingua franca in the BS camp? If it has always been, then there's very little chance for our players in the diaspora to be selected or earn call-ups.
