Essien needs someone to advise him well. His decision to be 'glued" to Mourinho at the top of his career was wrong. He now needs to think faster and make more money before no team needs him in Europe or Asia or America.

Essien needs someone to advise him well. His decision to be 'glued" to Mourinho at the top of his career was wrong. He now needs to think faster and make more money before no team needs him in Europe or Asia or America.

Just think of what Asamoah did. At the end of it, it would be his millions and his well-being. Had he stayed in Europe, he could not have become any better, so he chose to leave and it had paid off.

What about Drogba? After making name for himself and being the MVP of the EU Cup, he chose to leave and make more money for himself and his family. He is a LEGEND and everyone knows that. He is now in Turkey after being in China for a while.

All intelligent sportsmen now know that the game of Sport is BUSINESS. This is why Essien should leave Europe and go somewhere to make money for himself. His game has declined and it is best for him to leave and join leagues where he can excel.

Frank Lampard is now in NYC. Jermain Defoe is now in Toronto FC and playing very well over there. And they are all making more money. If these players- Drogba, Gyan, Lampard, Defoe - had chosen to leave those hard European league, what makes Essien think he could still excel there.
