  He should transfer to a club where he can be assured of constant playing time not a bench warmer. A word to the wise is enough. Ayew still needs more time to be like his father the great Abedi Pele.

  AC Milan presently is not in good shape and for Dede to join them now means his efforts though brilliant, will not end up in any notable achievement. It is very strategic for a good player to play among good players because that creates the atmosphere to develop one's game more effectively.
  There is no reason why Dede should be desperate to leave Marseille if not for a better club. If he has to leave, he must leave for a team far better than Marseille. AC Millan is just like Marseille by current form -,they are a far cry from AC MIlan of old. Dede should listen to this good advice.

  Better go to Borussia Dortmund. You will play in front of 85.000 spectaters every homematch. ChampionsLeague plus better paycheque. The coach is great and the Team is Nr. 2 in Germany. Just do it.

  To me I think his development has not improved after the worldcup 2010. He should have been now in a top club already. It is better for him to move to Premier League (UK)where he can develop well.
