We have a good team that is always competitive but they need a little luck to get over the final hump. GFA just needs to learn to be better organized so there are no distractions so that everyone can just do their job. It is not that complicated.

Is that enough for him to handle a national team full of foreign players who are managed by top quality coaches?? He will always struggle with some personalities in squared who might underrate him because of lack of exposure and minimal knowledge in the game. I think Ghana need a top quality coach, like the American coach Klishman who has seen it all before. He played in the big European leagues, he has won the world cup in 1990, and coach Germany in the world to the semi-finals in 2006. I don't think Muntari or Essien can rub shoulders with him or try to undermine him.

A local coach is not the issue, it's choosing a coach that has the comptence, skill and presence to bring the team forward.

If Ghana flops at AFCOBN 2015, will people like you still support him? That will be THREE tournaments. Tell me any national coach in the world who after three tournament flops (even two) who gets to keep his job?
