It looks to me like these our officials in expensive suits travelling the world over at the expense of Akwaaba have not learnt a thing or two all these years. Now, let me "jive" them how the Western World roll-out on such events as important as the World Cup. Gearing supporters to go cheer a national team outside one's sovereignty, is usually done by setting up a kind of lottery, a tombola or a quest whereby a joint government and private entities roll-out a gambling game before the public to raise money as a way to sponsor such scheme or adventure. The winners of the pack eventual gets the ticket to go cheer for the national team and the rest, well, have to sort for themselves if they want to join in and party along. It's as simple as that.
