  HEARTS OF OAK AND ALL OTER CUBS IN THE PREMIER WHO USE THE OHENE DJAN STADIUM AS THEIR HOME GORUNDS. MUST INVEST IN THE UPKEEP OF THE STADIUM. HIS MEANS THESE CLUBS MUST ALLOCATE A PORTION OF THEIR FEES TO GO TOWARD STADIUM MAINTENANCE EVRY MONTH. ITS VERY APPALLING THE STATE OF THE STADIUM. THE GRASS, THE FLOODLIGHTS, THE WASHROOMS, THE VARIOUS SEATING ARRANGEMENTS, NO NUMBERS ON THE SEATS, SAFETY CONCERNS ETC. THIS STADIUM WONT EVEN BE USED IN SOME COUNTRIES ON THIS EARTH IN THIS CENTURY.

  It can be any Sports Stadium but it's now a piece of shit. Calling it Accra Sports Stadium won't make it any better.
