I remember Ghana collected millions of dollars from FIFA for their Participation in the 2010 WC. The 'ol, illiterate thief and barber, ET Mensah announced that he was going to open a Black Stars Hotel in his constituency. How the hell does Ghana expect to develop football and produce players from the Black stars Hotel. Why would the government not develop playing fields in our hamlets and villages. Why can't we ensure that every district has a decent stadium?
