  The current practice where newly inducted doctors called house officers with no experience whatsoever are left to experiment with (attend to) serious medical cases while residents, specialists and consultants are away must be put to a stop immediately. There must be at least one specialist present 24 hours in three shift rotations to supervise them. Our health system as it is presently is not the best. The situation in the countryside and rural communities is even worse.

  It's really sad to see how we teach OUR children in their formative years by subjecting them to languages that they do not understand..............And yet, we don't seem to understand that teaching and learning does not take place at all?????
  
  It is not only about the 'lingo'...we are also taught throughout our learning years to believe how POOR we are, whilst we are literally sitting on some of the world's richest raw materials in the others kill for.
  
  We are taught that they are of no value till 'they' add value to it, so 'they' determine the prices 'they' will buy them...............
  
  Therefore, we grow up believing we are POOR at everything we do, till they add value to even our thinking.
  
  Now, my point is, our citizens grow, believing and respecting other races, other than their own.
  
  Kwesi Appiah was never respected by his players and those who appointed him. The players never respected his instructions not because he was a bad coach......but because of the MENTAL ENSLAVEMENT of our players due to the mind process of their formative years as humans.
  
  Here we are again, going for a coach who walked out on us with no respect to us and was even paid more than any Ghanaian coach.......who also needed a translator (who was paid more than our own), because he could not speak a word of English??????????????????????????
  (I HOPE YOU GET MY DRIFT SO FAR?)
  
  So, the results of our MENTAL ENSLAVEMENT is there for all open-minded serious thinking humans to see........................As a result, many of our citizens get excited when they hear other races speaking our 'lingo' and even purchase their songs sang in our local dialects.
  THAT IS WHAT HAS BECOME OF US.......
  
  Now, to another point,....there were many problems caused by our players and officials in Brazil and yet, GHANAIANS get hoodwinked by the GFA by making Kwesi Appiah the scapegoat out all this debacle.............

  I would rather consider your comments as racist. Being Ghanaian does not mean all expatriates should leave Ghana. Just as being Chinese or Dutch or English does not mean others who are not, should leave their countries.

  As I made it clear to you, it's always been our local coaches who have won us laurels in our pursuit for silverware.
  
  So, I would firstly have given Kwesi Appiah the chance to blossom, because there were so many ingredients of indiscipline, greed and selfishness that cost us a lot in Brazil.
  Unfortunately, he has been made a scapegoat of several others incompetence. I hope you get my drift.
  
  But before Kwesi Appiah, my natural choice would have been Sellas Tetteh, for a natural progression from winning the 'Junior' World Cup.........considering his experience and knowledge of winning it. It takes a good coach to win a tournament and the ice on that cake, was beating Brazil in that final.
  
  My choice will always be the same...that is to get a Ghanaian coach at the hems of affairs. That is the only way, we can learn from our own mistakes and grow in our own way and also achieve things in our own way....without depending on others all the time.
  
  And if I may, it will lead us producing our own toothpicks, rather than importing them from China. God Bless you!

How much effort was put in by GFA to address the dressing room lapses for e.g.? Did Appiah assumed so much laxity he could be nailed for the over-rated egos of some of the players? Should he be solely blamed? Come on, the hidden truth is pure lack of trust or confidence in him as black guy; pessimism gave way to frivolous excuses to deny him much needed experience on the job for the final good of Black Stars!

There is no sense! In fact as a football analyst, it is surprising you are talking about the Uganda game being the last straw! Since Akwasi Appiah has been fired because the Black Stars performed badly, what do you suggest should be done to the GFA since they are the top supremos in the entire process? After the debacle of Brazil 2014, what do you suggest should be done to Elvis, Nyantakyi, and the others who were the root cause of our failure at Brazil 2014? You would agree that the absence of supporters at the Portugal game affected the team: but the government had voted money just for the presence of supporters at the game. What should be done for the people responsible for the absence of supporters for that match? GFA is only using Akwasi Appiah as scapegoat to deflect attention from their own abysmal performance at the top. They all must follow Akwasi Appiah out! FIFA can do their worst!

And who was the first coach who was unable to ensure Ghana qualified from the group stages of the World Cup. Not only did we not qualify from the group stage but actually finished last? Why must a coach suffer for players' misbehaviors? Prince Boateng for example had a "bloated ego" and he found a pal in Sulley who we all know is quick-tempered. So why should the coach be punished under such circumstances? Besides, if a person is invited to be a technical director how then is he give a coach's position? Isn't there a process for selecting coaches? It doesn't make sense!

Meanwhile, those who sang songs of praises for him to replace adam kwarasey as his first choice of goalkeeper finally backstabbed him. Guys,s do you need twi or ga to climb on top of a woman ? This was the reason why akwesi snubbed kwarasey to maintain his dignity as ghana,s number one keeper. Goalkeeper Adam Kwarasey was discriminated for his inability to speak twi or none of the ghanaian languages eventhough this guy speaks fluent english. I just can,t understand it. Bribery and nepotism is also another pertinent question we need to ask ourselves as africans. Imagine the feeble black star squad akwasi paraded to face USA. Hmmmmmmm if the vatican is accused of sodomy why can,t an african coach be accused for bribery and nepotism ? Today as I am writing this article, good talented black star players like sulley and kelvin are paying the price for hitting the nail on the head and the man called Akwasi Appiah who expelled these two freedom fighters is today swimming in the same pool ironically by faith like sulley and kelvin.
