Grant with his current CV is certainly better qualified than Akwasi Appiah. He has coached in the lower leagues of the UK as well as working a scout and assistant with a Premier and Championship league club in England.

This is certainly greater and better exposure to the nuances of football than Akwasi Appiah had when handed the Black Star top job.
