  John, you accomplished your role in the National Team with distinction. You should be proud of that acknowledgment. We are grateful for the services you rendered to the Nation but believe that the youngsters deserve a platform and opportunity to take the team into the future. It is time for you to move on. I am afraid you are now a spent force and need to hang your boots in the National squad honourably.
