  Well, someone has not understood at GFA that playing fields are all about constant maintenance. You can bring in all the best experts on earth to design or build the playing pitches, but if you do not maintain them, maintain them, and maintain them it would come to zero pitch quality. An example, all the pitches upgraded for the last Africa Cup in Ghana are all in a deteriorating state, meaning millions of dollars or pounds sterling poured down the drain. When is the GFA going to get this, that REGULAR MAINTENANCE is very important after the designers and builders have downed their tools and gone away. The GFA or those concerned about football in Ghana must really endeavour to make pitch or facility maintenance part of the culture of football in Ghana.
