One thing GFA should know is that these guys are raised in the western world differently they do not think the way most of us do. They have a totally different mindset they talk to the elderly the same way they address their equals. What you would deem inappropriate in your country is normally normal with them they speak freely and ask lots of questions no matter who you are. If you would not treat them as adults but sit on their appearance fees etc do not bother to fight for somebody to switch nationality to Ghana only to be treated like a begar. Please GFA study the western world and how their little ones are raised so that you would not expect them to behave like the typical Ghanaian. Please think because it does not speak well of the country if you fight to get a foreigner to switch and play for Ghana only to be treated with scorn by you guys.
