The Club World Cup is okay because no team from Guinea, Sierra Leone or Liberia will be there, drawing its supporters, but they will be there for Afcon because Guinea may qualify.

Qualifiers have already been played with Guinea and and Sierra Leone included with supporters. There is already risk. If the point is to lessen heavy gatherings, why not spread the tournament to different countries? Let th ...

If the point is to lessen heavy gatherings, why not spread the tournament to different countries? Let the top seeds host their group. Next, let the group winners host their respective quarterfinal games. Wait until the final four to have one location. That sounds like a reasonable solution.

Period.....Ghanaians are supposed to be above the rest of black Africa when it comes to issues of progress, yet there are some ignoramuses on this site making empty noises about Ebola without reading the whole literature on the virus......Black Stars played against their Guinean counterparts and none of the boys has fallen sick...and it has been 21 days since the game was played in Tamale...get real ignorant Ghanaians....
