  Poor journalism. Who wrote this? You need to go back to school. Check the title of the story, and tell me if it tallies with the actual story. Is it Aduana stars which rejected Stephen Adams, Or it was the proposal from a Sudanese club for Stephen Adams which was rejected by Aduana stars.
