  They can enlist him in the Ghana Police Service if its found out that he can be a good shooter.We all know the police don't have good shooters & been killing by heart with their archaic AK47.

You the police came out to say this man is declared wanted simply because you had not met him in chambers but after him probably handing over to you a brown envelope, you say he is free and that the similar incident he took part has no evidence.eeeiii
