For those of us who followed Back stars qualification for this Afcon could clearly see that we had defensive problems and we don't have good keeper. Ugandans missed many scoring opportunities when the hosted the Black Stars, they could have easily scored 3 if they were somehow clinical upfront.

Therefore any sensible coach won't dare employ 3_5_2 under this condition.With my playstation coaching knowledge hahahaha, a team which is good for 3_5_2 system is a team with good goal keeper,and good Central defenders.You must have 3 tried and tested central defenders as well as fast lateral defenders who are awesome in launching attack.

I am aware our central defenders for this tournament are Jonathan Mensah and John Boye, who will the coach use as the third central defender under the said system.Afful is good lateral defender under this system so he would be used in the wings together with Baba Raman and 3 midfielder to form the 5 midfielders under the 3_5_2 formation.The idea is for the two lateral defenders to run effectively back to defense to form 5_3_2 formation when Black stars are under attack. Certainly Afful is the best lateral defender for this role but can I say the same for Raman hell no. We also need 2 good attackers as well as
at least 2 offensive midfielder to run on the opponent defense when black stars are in possession hence the opponent will be careful in throwing more men when they're counter attacking the Black Stars.

Senegal possesses good forward and better midfielders hence not only our formation is wrong due to the caliber of players at our possession but can never beat aside like Senegal.If Avram shall abide by this formation than I am sorry, Ghana will come home before we could say Jake.
