  The Black Stars cannot lie in the second position with zero goal difference.
  Algeria has plus one goal difference so they should rather be second & Ghana third.

  Read the rules and regulations of the tournament and you will know that at this point, the BS sit at the second position. According to the rules, when two teams have the same points, goal difference between the two teams, is not used before head to head, but after the rule of head to head is used. In simple terms, BS beat Algeria,so if points are the same, head to head, the BS are to be on top.
