Moreover, Keita missed his penalty shot and as a result Mali simply does not deserve to go forward so justice was served.

I think they should have used, a "fair play system" no. of fouls, no. of yellow cards and no. of red cards instead of random draw. well, wishing GBS GOOD LUCK.

What a draw, Ghana plays Guinea in AFCON Quarter finals, what a draw. Ghana at the moment is playing some fantastic football and have proved time and time and again that they are not pushover. They are playing with determination and sheer power something football need throughout a major competition. The only problem at the moment is selection. I will go for Kwesi appiah and Agyeman Badu in the starting line up, Jordan Ayew will only come as a substitute toward the 75th minutes into the end of the 90 minutes. John Boye should be kept in his usual central defence teaming up with jonathan mensah. Andrea Ayew should play much longer and stay on the pitch as long as the game progresses to a greater height. Ghana should always be on their toes tackling and displaces opponents from either shooting or advancing deeper into Ghana territory. There is one important mission and that is to take every chance that comes from the beginning to the end. Shoot aiming at scoring and take all the opportunities that comes with it, sometimes failure to capitalize on a clear opportunity will end in a serious consequence as seen time after time both in World cup and AFCON competition in the past. Ghana should do their utmost best to keep ball possession and not given the ball away unnecessarily. Its going to be the most important win for Ghana and am optimistic Ghana will come out stronger and overwhelm Guinea based on experience and fire power. Skipper Asamoah Gyan should be fed quite often and this is where Wakaso is good at and Andrea Ayew. Atsu is much promising but lacks the accuracy in delivering deep into the box as most of his shots if accurate can easily find the net but mostly shoot wide off target and its about time he execute his finest shots and cause more problems for the opposition.One cannot take anything away from the massive supporter who are given their all to cheer the players up to victory and their support are widely appreciated and should continue to do so at this most crucial moment in the quarter finals all the way to the finals.I am therefore appealing to the GFA to reconsider its decision to re instate Sulley Muntari and Kevin Prince Boateng sooner rather than later to add more strength in the midfield which at the moment is shaken a bit, and if Kojo Asamoah is fit probably Ghana will look much stronger in all department and will take on any team that comes along. Enough is enough and let by gone be by gone and lets move forward to succeed in bringing the AFCON cup home after a decade of doing so for the 5th time. I wished the Black Stars all the best of luck and on Sunday there is nothing more to expect from them than a convincing win to the delight of all Ghanaians throughout the entire world.

Somebody should enlighten me on this because I do not understand why it should be so. The matches were played concurrently and at the end of the game, CAF officials knew there was no winner. Why didn't the officials give the teams additional time to play till a winner emerged?

One thing I know is the Guineans haven't lost or won a game at these tourney ... We have a Mental edge over them , and they in turn have a record they need to set straight ; which is to beat us ! Having lost back to back against us in the qualifying rounds ... They will WANNA avenge that besides the desire to progress further in the tournament . All in all,ah well , let's see what happens with the current settings of the black stars and the coaching region ... Even though I do not expect that much from these team , as a GHANAIAN naturally I will want them to win all their matches and win the tournament altogether and their lost will still hurt regardless of my initially expectations ...
