Is the Journalist saying that Baffour Gyan is not old enough to bribe Kenu by himself if he (Kenu) wanted monetary compensation..

  STUPID Nz K, that means it is NOT the journalist accusing him. Yes, he might be part of the media or societal RUMOURS, but the above quote shows that he was not the frontline accuser.
  
  And note that Baffour could NEVER afford it if the accuser wanted millions of dollars, even just a million. Can Baffour even afford $20,000?
