  Gone are the days of the Great Anim Addo, Abetifi Saka, Pepeasi Kumi, Akwasiho Siaw Tata, E.K. Nyarko and many other Kwahu giants. In the 80's JJ Rawlings started a campaign against Ashantis and managed to convince the Kwahus and Akims that Ashantis are a common enemy. In Accra, they believed him and even invited him to take a huge chunk of the Afram plains for farming. In the most Kwahus and Akyems lost their stores to the same Ashantis who bought their stores cheap in Accra. The Ewe immigrants from Kpandu and beyond have now claimed parts of the Afram Plains for themselves. Soon the whole Afram Plains will become Trokosi Bator and Anlo land. Meanwhile, JJ Rawlings has destroyed most of Kwahus wealth with in Accra with his foolish revolution. The Kwahu and Akyems are now moving back home leaving only the Ashantis in the capital. Waiting for Trokosis who hate to acknowledge this truth of a story.
