I sense nothing but hate in the heart of some ghanaians to everything white yet even afon was won by white. You wonder why in the end we have bad leadership, corruption and poor political administration. Illogical arguments based on emotions and nigger attitudes. No wonder before boko haram we started bombings and political violence for what?a tournamebt starts in less than a week and common sense goes out of window. I think this could create managerial problems while stretching Grant thin by diverting his focus from the Black Stars. Technical director of all GH national teams sounds a bit too much for one man. Grant should be allowed to focus solely on the Black Stars and build the team with the aim of winning the AC and improving upon our WC performance and global recognition in soccer.

Let's be clear on this: Sellas Tetteh has achieved far more in international football than Grant. The team Grant took to the just ended African cup was groomed by various Ghanaian coaches. We know that the Black Stars would have performed better in Brazil with better management. Grant has come in at a time when most people recognize the problem with the team. Grant has not proven himself as yet. Coach Tetteh has shown he's a winner. He won the world cup at under 20 level by beating a fearsome Brazil side. Does he need Grant to tell him what to do? Coach Tetteh has shown time and time that he knows what to do. He does not need another person telling him how to motivate a team to win. Again, let's be clear on this: black coaches are just as capable as white coaches. Each coach has their motivation. Chelsea coach uses psychology to motivate the team and to make himself appear mysterious. So far it works, Real Madrid and Barcelona assemble the best and highest paid players who are in top form to beat lesser resourced teams. Coach Tetteh takes young men with raw and fledgling skills and transforms them into a fearsome winning side These young men would graduate to excel at the highest level of international competitive soccer. The young men coach Sellas handles today would in 5 years or so become the Ayubs, Essiens, Muntari Djan, etc.

However, Ihad wished he is made to work more closely with Malik Jabir than Silas Tetteh for now. Silas Tetteh has already selected his favourites who may not neccessarily be the best. Secondly, there are a lot of players in between the current under 20 and the current blackstars who need to be closely looked at by Avram Grant and not these current under 20 players.
