  "Monitor them from behind a computer? And the more tangible questions are why is he not "monitoring players from the local league? When is he going to begin the very important work of player development? If he is just going to "monitor players and harvest them from foreign leagues then we have plenty people to do that "hard job for less.We brought him in to ostensibly help us organize our player development and training systems not to "monitor foreign leagues develop our players for him.
