The assistant national coach should be realistic and not put ideas into the heads of these veterans who are happy earning their pensions at home.
Some of our old players like Muntari and Essien are not finished. They can do well with a little correction here and there. Konadu, in my opinion could be a very useful coach. He's wise and could be a good manager.
