  But it all comes down to the value they place on you why they think rather than offloading you they still want to keep yu but only at a reduced salary.
  
  So you really should not expect any other Club in the category of Marseilles to offer you more than OM is offering you.
  
  Its all about demand and supply. If I were you I would wait on the market and closer to the deadline transfer day I would see what the offers are and either take OMs offer or seek a team where you can get something reasonable but guaranteed playing time.
  
  Also note that you are not getting any younger. At your age you value depreciates because younger ones are coming through the system who have many years ahead of them to bring revenues to their clubs. So you are competing in an environment where the odds are against you.
  
  Finally I think the move to allow your father to be your manager is a very wrong move. Family ties may come into objective decision -making which may not be in your interest. A Professional Manager who can tell you the truth about your situation, and you can respond like-manner is the best in this situation. But with a family member its sometimes difficult to tell him your real feelings so also would he.
