If you were one of the top bankers at Ghana Commercial Bank and were hired by ING in Netherlands and you did not fit in, no matter how talented you are, eventually you would get fired. They would tell you that "We like you but it just was not a good fit".
The same thing applies in football or any other sport. A individual might be quite talented but if they do not fit in it just will not work out. The blame is partially his teammates, partially GFA and partially his own. There needs to be better planning done when it comes to how to integrate foreign born and raised players into the fold. This is a business and should be run as such.

I would do anything possible to reap rewards from good players than to allow people's likes orndislaikes jeopardize mybchance for success. Itnisnteam chemistry. Then bring in a relationship expert or psychologist. Evidently, this has more to do with egos and attitudes which we all have. Make thebplayers aware of the prize at stake and the need to sacrifice and things will change. If theybcan co exist with other players with their clubs. Why can't they donso with the national team?

He lacks concentration, won't keep hks eye on thebball at all times and is simply not hungry to prove a point like he used to at the very beginning. I think there are goalies in ghana who are more hungrier and even better than kwarasay. Adams in my opinion is the best gh goalie. We saw how good he was at chan and he isndoing very well in the useless gh league. Send goalies like adams to mls and he will be an instant attraction. He is acrobatic, can save penalties. Ofori, the backup to the u20 who played in the bronze medal game is also very good.
