Specifically, Sepp Blatter has killed football.

When you come to Africa it's Hayatou, in Ghana it's Nyantakyi. How do you expect to have a clean organization when the head himself is corrupt?

Blatter has made sure Africa now has more places, brought the world cup to Africa and even to the USA, what else dow e want? Europe has always been angry of the fact that Blatter is doing more for less privileged countries. England lost fairly to Qatar they should go and chill. Blatter has his faults yes, but his good outwieghs the bad.

But for Sepp Blatter and his love to expand the game to Africa and other not so popular areas, it would be difficult for Ghana to be at the World Cup on three consecutive occasions. With only one or two slots for Africa, it would have been very difficult. In the olden days, Ghana had great players, but never made it even once. Yes, there is corruption now, but there was corruption in FIFA before Blatter. His love to expand the game to Africa, the Middle East and other underprivileged areas is the main reason they seek to bring him down. Soccer is not an European or American game. It is global. The corruption in francophone and North Africa dominated CAF is even worse. Why are they not interested in cleaning that? Now it is impossible for an outsider (of the executives) to contest Hayatou for his position. Unlike FIFA, he can stay for life, or till he retires.
