Even though Nyaho's advice could be described as too ambitious, it is a good signal of showing confidence in one's own. This is contrary to the usual Ghanaian pull-him-down spirit which has seized many who are demonizing the GFA chairman. In fact, Mr Nyantakyi deserves honour and commendation for what he has achieved for Ghana soccer. Under his leadership, Ghana's qualification to the world cup has become routine like breathing. Even with players like Abedi Pele, Anthony Yeboah, Abdul Razak, Mohammed Polo and many others whom none of the players in the generation of players that made it to the world cup can compare with, qualifying to the world cup was too high a mountain to climb.
Many Ghanaians feel Mr Nyantakyi has been at his post too long and so must give way to another person. On the contrary, national football administrators require longevity at post to build their credibility and stature to stand any chance of CAF or FIFA posts. If we continuously pull down our football administrators, what it means is that, we deny ourselves as a country the chance of ever occupying top posts at CAF and FIFA. For instance the more Mr Nyantakyi remains GFA chairman, the brighter his chances of becoming say CAF or FIFA president one day. This is the reason why we should support him and not shoot him down.

They need no longevity, just as CAF and FIFA administrators need no longevity.
The whole setup is a corrupt chain of command.
