Ghanaians' obsession with foreign coaches brought a third tier coach from Sweden to Bachem United. Erol Bekir's previous head coaching stint was with IF Limhamn Bunkeflo, a third division team in the Swedish fifth tier league. A local coach could have been given the same opportunity at about half the salary the team gave to the foreigner.
