He wants to be successful and so he should be on the beat to get quality players for his team.
Know the difference between a sports teacher and a sports coach.

Simply put,the teacher develops the player by taking him through the basics and groom him to become a good player. Coaches always look at "ready made" materials and work with the materials.
It is a "bread and butter" situation. Grant, go ahead and scout for good materials for the national team so that we have a winsome side to match the rest of the world.

Whatever you do people will talk about you, so Grant satisfy you conscience and your God that you are not ripping Ghanaians off but you are trying to heed to your professional obligation. Go on so far as your trips become cost-effective.

Remember he has a family so one of the interviews question was how he was going to manage his job and a family that is foreign?
