    The Player was qualified to play. He has served his suspension when he sat out the match between Kotoko and Dunkwa team in the Elite cup sanctioned as GFA organized competition.

    Fiifi, but Obed Owusu served his suspension on the Elite cup competition under the auspices GFA.

    There is a precedent of this in 1991 when the same gfa ruled that any competition organized by gfa is sanctioned.
