None of our local coaches have any official western coaching training. Howndo u expect them to shine like CK? Nkrumah realized that for a Blackman to succeed. He has to be a master of the foreign ability and support that with his local knowledge, which foreign coaches like avram etc never possess. This is why CK won. Naija are sending local coaches to germany to learn and you will see their impact in africa and the world in the next 3-7yrs. What is Ghana doing? Continuing to throw money at foreign coaches? How long have we been doing this and what has been the result? Avram was by far the best and experienced coach at afcon. Yet, he was beaten by a French young man who has lived in africa since 2008 speaks french and understands Africans and their local habitat. Grant won't even stay in ghana for 2weeks straight and yet u still think ghana has a shot at winning a trophy with him? All we get is fireworks with these foreign coaches but trophy paa die3 la lie....
