Every country, including Ghana, has the sovereign right to grant or deny visas. Nobody anywhere is entitled to a visa to a particular country.
Canada wants to test her might by playing against Ghana's top players. A second stream team will be a disappointment to Canada.
Canada players have no problem to enter USA, but Africans have. If they wanted strong opponent, they should have collected the names of players, and present them to USA immigration or come through canada to USA.
