If a team can't find a winning formula and there is a germ of a player in the team that doesn't even make the bench to be considered just in case then your guess is as good as mine. Atsu should join a club in Spain else he will be forgotten

Gradel is injured but Stay not playing does not make sense. If he cannot make a team like Bournemouth, then I don't know of any team he can play for in EPL.

These sit outs will affect your overall performance. It's not just about the money, man. Be vocal, if they don't want you, they should let you go back to Chelsea.
