  He knows what he is doing and I believe strongly that he will succeed in Africa, if not in Ghana.
  
  If the fans are not patient and reasonable (which is OK because fans everywhere behave the same way) and Hearts board are not strong-minded and end up sacking him, another African team will gladly accept him and he will succeed there. Mark my word.
