  i think all gh coaches from premier to div 3 must meet once a yr to brainstorm their issues. they must also use such meetings to network amonsgt themselves, propose new ideas for their craft and ways the gfa cna be of better assistance in facilitating coaching programs in the country. i think the forst step will be in meeting once a yr. premier lg copaches should meet at least once a yr. coach bash recently advocated for the need to send gh coaches of the yr to training course in europe, brasil etc a place of their choice. i think this is an awesome an idea and if nyantakyi has an iota of a brain. should have proposed it himself. send the local coach for about 3 miths during the lg off season to lean. i think this will help them improve and they can become an asset to the nation in coaching other national teams. we cant continue to hir foreigners who wont even stay in gh to spend their money to contibute to the economy. look at most western nations and especially brasil. they hire coaches from within and invest in the ri coaches. nyantakyi greedy son of a bitch wont even propose this option becos he needs the money to run his club and feed his ugly family. wo maame tw3!
