8. Listen, coaching is not difficult. To be a successful coach u need 3 variables.
1. You have to know how to deal with player egos. Players won't listen to you if they don't have anything common with you.
2. You have to know/understand the roles of each position and select the RIGHT player to FILL that position, premiumnly. If u select a kokoasa player to play a certain position, u will have urself to blame. Under AA, we saw how gbstar didn't have a bonified right winger or leftfull back.
3. Fitness and endurance. A coach must know what fitness regiments to take these players thru to work them up to win Games and trophies.

The most sensible thing you have said so far. I agree with Nii Lante 110%! Please do something about this immediately. Bring back our local national Coaches for the all the national teams.

One crazy thing they don't even have heart for the country so good or bad they don't care , in 2010 World Cup ghana against sebia when we scored and kwasi Apiah was happy as assistant coach n he was trying to hug milo the ghana main coach from sebia n he was angry n push kwasi Apiah away because we scored them ,where can this happen?it happens to only Africans so how long are we going change

The Black Stars was stronger under Kwasi Appiah than it is today. Look Back at Nkrumah's time, he sent one of his best players abroad for training and made him the coach and he was very successful, why can't we do the same.

Local coaches who don't get no help to be on par with the others around the world .. they need sponsorship to learn more about modern day football ... technically for example ... then it's fine .. we don't want no more Akwa ...
