  Ghana is too hot for Avram Grant and that is why he keeps running back to Europe. That should tell you guys that you made a fundamental mistake in giving him the job.
  Secondly, the style of play and type of players we have in Ghana League are amateur. The guy (Avram Grant) has not been in that level of coaching. It's just like tasking a college professor applied physics to teach primary five pupils fractions.
  Thirdly, the guy cannot do it alone. If we want to be serious, Konadu and others in his team must fill in where the guy cannot be.
