  To pick local players at the expense of some foreign players just to fill a quota. It should be based on merit only...GPL is very low standard how do you expect the coach to recognize those players...lower quality than MLS

  are u saying that local players in brasil lg are better than the foreign based players? we all know thats never true. its open to interpretation and scrutiny. but the right thing must be done to shore support and encourage credibility and quality on behalf of the local lg. and u o that by making sure that the national team has some local representation. we know the soccer politics in gfa as per bribes and favoritism for foreign based players. to negate that, we need a local player quota
