  When Hearts asked Duncan for mutual termination of contract, he jumped to the supporters and radio stations to claim he was sacked without a letter. He even claimed macho men were hired to prevent him from going to training. And further injected an element of tribalism to discredit Togbe. He finally succeeded with the support of other dishonest people to extort compensation from Hearts instead of a 3 month salary agreed in his contract. Duncan is a bad coach, and Hearts realized that. But the lows to which he brought Kotoko was punishment for his dishonesty. He owes Hearts an apology.

  Kotoko has to be very careful ooooo.....we were second last season with 48 points and lions and Olympics went on relegation with 40 points.we have to be very very careful oooooo ton.

  My advice to Kotoko is that they should have a little patience and they will come back to their winning ways.
  What both management and the technical bench did not get right is introducing eleven new players into the team.
  It is just like building a new team altogether and it will not come easy.
  The players have to get used to themselves before they can start getting results.
  Introducing a new coach now may be disastrous.

Management should find out what the late Jerry Asare may his soul rest in peace was doing for kotoko when he usually sent the team for camping at the Mountains

THE MGR MUST REPORT TO THE BOARD AND THE BOARD CHIEF REPORTS TO THE OWNER OF THE CLUB. HOW DID NTI FIRE DUNCAN WITHOUT ADVISING THE BOARD OR SEEKIN THEIR APPROVAL?   Is the team going to stay at the bottom forever? I don't think Kotoko has beaten Aduana at their home grounds before as well as Chelsea so what is so special about loosing to these sides at their home grounds? Is that the reason why Duncan should go? Give us a break!! It's always about the coach and never about the management or board!!
