He is one of the best players for the Black Stars, so why is Chelsea frustrating this "big talent?" He is fast, skillful and powerful, if he is well motivated, he would be very productive as he is for Ghana.

he needs to be made to understand his place in Black stars is not automatic. he has to earn it. this will make him work hard.
