FIFA forgot one. A player must lie in the stretcher once the medical crew is invited onto the field. The player who decides to walk off should be yellow carded
One thing they should do in those situations is allow for video review to make sure that it was not an accident. If intentional then the goal should be given.
This law should take retroactive effect from 2010, and declare Ghana winners of that match quarter final match. Interesting!!!

If the refree awarded the goal ,nobody would acused him. It was his personal decision.
Scoring n missing penalties is part of the game. We failed to convert a penalty after Suarez saw red. Case closed!
