In my opinion, the best possible solution will be to rally all discipline in sports in the country under an umbrella. The success within the 1950-70 was a well administered sports management in the country, Central Organisation of Sports. It tackled all discipline & organised competitive tournaments in every region which saw all talents being tapped for national representatives, and it produced the best outcome. I can write pages but lip services will not solve the nations problems.
